EVZY.ART provides children’s books, digital activity packs, and art prints (coming soon). Because each product type is fulfilled in a different way, shipping and return terms vary as outlined below.
Book Orders
At this time, the book (hardcover, paperback, and ebook) is available for purchase through Amazon.
Amazon handles all payment processing, shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds for these orders.
Amazon Prime Delivery
When purchasing through Amazon, Amazon Prime members may be eligible for Prime shipping benefits, such as free or expedited delivery, depending on availability in their region. If you encounter any issues with your book order, please contact Amazon customer support directly.

Returns
All book returns, exchanges, and refunds must be handled directly through Amazon’s customer service, in accordance with their return policy.
Digital Products (Free Activity Packs)
Digital downloads—including holiday packs, activity sheets, and other freebies—are delivered electronically after you submit your email address.
Delivery
Files are delivered instantly via email through our email provider (MailerLite).
No physical product will be shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Because these are digital goods, all downloads are non-refundable, even if they have not been opened or used.
If you experience an issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will assist you.
Art Prints (Coming Soon)
Art prints are currently unavailable for purchase. Once available, the following terms will apply:
Shipping
Shipping will be offered worldwide.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, print size, and selected shipping method.
Prints will be professionally produced and securely packaged in a protective mailer or tube to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on region and shipping method.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your print, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
The amount will vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
